I have been looking at Controllers online and noticed this comment at the bottom of the page.

The Controller Quad Rears are only available in the 1/2 in. tang, for 3/4 rear boxes you will need to purchase the Future Fins 1/4 in. Shims

Do all Controlers need these shims for the rear fins or are there different size Controllers. I'm assuming all Firewire Future boxes are 3/4.

check the depth of your boxes, i'm not sure if FW use the shallower boxes at the back or the deeper ones.
One of the FUTURES devotes will chime in I'm sure.
