What is the best product to remove old deck grip and wax residue on rapid fire construction?,

Can't help you with the deck grip, but I have removed wax off rapid fire by letting it soften, scrape off the bulk of it, then use de-solv-it a citrus based residue remover from the hardware store and finish with with warm water and mild detergent. Have done it twice - once over a year ago without any problems not had any problems. -
