So I know not to leave epoxy boards in a hot car in the summer...but how about overnight in a cold car? I have a baked potato in RF and was wondering it would cause any damage.

The issue with the heat is the air in the foam expanding and with nowhere to go it can lead to a delam. The cold shouldn't cause any damage. Iggy has put his through their paces in sub 0 temps in Canada.

yeah freeze away. I have stored boards outside in Maine plenty of times when the temps dip far below freezing. A ok.
Obviously extreme temperatures are best if they can be avoided, but the cold won't stress it as much as heat.
Cheers
