Am I crazy if I bring my go to 5'8 spitfire to the Northshore this time of year ?
It's been 8 years since I've been there.. and was there during feb and thinking it's to wide for those kind waves ?? Works great as a quad on late take offs in Nj...

to each his/her own. i think if that board works for you in barrels, bring it. Just bring a bigger board for bigger barrels. Timmy Reyes rode his Spitfire in overhead backdoor and got a few great shots. Obviously he is a pro but you aren't crazy for thinking it would work.
