  • A place for Quivers.

    Hi,
First post in the new forum!
A thread I would continually go back to in the old forum was the 'Quiver' thread. Users would post a list, photos and often detailed descriptions of their craft and fin selections. Would be nice if there was a place for that again separate from signatures on posts or user profiles to continue this discussion.
    You know, board porn.
    Cheers,
    Drumbull

Is the big eye on the bottom of the board to scare away the sharks?

Core & Chris may not fit all their boards in one shot even with a wide angle lens.

I'd like to see Nev's quiver shot to be honest. A break down of the new models he's been riding like the old Dom/Spit/Futura/Elf/SweetP/ADDvance post on the old forum.

We would need a panoramic shot to more or less fit

                        prjwebb,
I agree, Nev's current and past boards I think would be of interest to many if he gets the time to share I guess...

                        Nev / Chris,
What I would really like to see also is photos etc. of the Firewire Teams quiver before each ASP event on the website news blog like another manufacturer has done for the past few years. I have seen a few videos of Taj before doing this sort of thing. I think it would be of great interest not only to those that frequent this forum but I think a wider audience trolls for this sort of information online. I have found that in general, friends and surfers I meet know what the pros are riding or have an interest in knowing what they were on when they landed a result. I know it would be a bit of work for someone but perhaps the extra web traffic / brand exposure would be worth it.
                        Anyway, just a thought.
I'm looking forward to a massive year for both Taj & Michel on tour!

                            So I'm;

                            Dom 6'4"
                            Futura 6'4"
                            Alt 6'8"
                            Miller v-skate 6'8"
                            McCoy nugget single fin 6'6"
                            Longboard 9'2"

I'd like to add an Alt 6'6" at some point in the next 6-9 months, possibly altered through CBD so it has a 20" waist.
