    My nano is 43 litres and much more fun for me in less than stellar waves than the 39 litre vanguard which worked best for me in good waves but wasn't that great in ordinary stuff.

    Just go quad rears.
    It's not a bad thing to have some flex in your rear quad fins.
    Up to personal preference and what size waves you're going to ride it in but twang out of the tail is fun....

    Can't say I've ever used the thermo quad sets but the T1's (twins) I run in my addvance are thermo and they feel good enough that I saw a pair of the T1s in fibreglass for sale on Ebay at a really good...
