Cheers, yeah to be honest in the past I've never really taken that much notice of different rockers, so don't know what I really like, although the more I ride short low rocker boards the more I...
Thanks for the feedback, yeah I could go the 5,10 stealth, but might just be pushing it as paddling has alwas been my weakness even when fit, not sure why I actually find strangely enough my flex...
I'm guessing both boards have double to single concave with stealth having a deeper concave?
I think I also recall reading the fang tail is similar to a round tail but also has some...
Love my 5,10 hellfire and also dig like my 6,3 flex fire, but would love to get a quad that's more hp than the hellfire, but not as hp as my flex fire which is offcourse only a thruster anyway.

Not an Aussie thing, we call them board shorts, or shorts or boardies.
Always thought was an American thing, even in Kelly slater black and white he says trunks at one point.
This is what was reported in "Surfing life issue 293" on the page that featured the FW Tomo Vanguard" (page 64-65) for those that don't have the mag.
Two pages on the board and the testers...
I've done a bit of commercial boat building with epoxy resins years ago, but I really cant remember, all I remember is it was so much better, easier to work with and way less smelly than polyester...

Finally got a chance to try the controller indo fins yesterday, waves similar to other surfs mentioned here, same place, same conditions.
Thoughts on Indo controllers in BP: heaps of drive, but...
Ha ha..nah, when i was typing it i thought it might sound like it, but honesty, i don't know the guy who sells them or have anything to do with them.

Cheers thanks for the feedback will have to give a similar fcs fin a go
Had a few more surfs on the BP but hasn't felt as good as that second surf and im not so sure on the fin set up ive been using, felt good in more chunky head high peak take offs running into tapering...

I got these when I got my Hellfire, and ive tried almost every fin from the fin tree in the last year as thruster and quad, but i keep...
Sorry but very hard to believe there is not a bit of spin here...
Im placing my money on this is not the third snapped FW board but the first!
Putting aside the fact is hard to believe anyone...
im 5,8 and a little bit heavier than you @ 75Kg surfing 20+ years, average to higher end of average, only in 3/2 at moment but 5/3 with booties in winter.
I just got a 5,3 baked potato and...
Yeah I like the Futures system but FCS is more versatile, it sucks with futures that you can't use front fins in the rear slots.
3rd surf: Same spot, very solid short period storm surf, but surfed...
No worries.
Second surf: same spot similar conditions but waves a little bit better, more tide so not so sucky, but cleaner and running of better through the inside and overall more consistent.

Got my baked spud yesterday 5,3 x 21 1/4 x 2 3/8 in rapid fire white.
First impressions: Nice shape looks better IMO than sweet potato more refined, dig the white rapid fire just looks like a...
Sorry it has been a few years since i have been there (2007) at that time all the place were pretty basic, not sure if there was any with A/C.
Key hole surf camp is perhaps the most well known...
Ive never ridden my FW,s at Nias but ive surfed Nias since the Nias quake and for an Indo hollow kind of wave its pretty easy to surf especially head high and below, it just stands up real...
