I agree with the otherwise not to pick it as your only board in Bali. Although, i 'd really like to surf Medewi on a sp, i brought a short fat fish and had plenty of fun on the fat long rather slow...
Had a decent surf this morning on the sp. I used the Simon Anderson large set to try something new. It actually worked really well i found it to have loads of drive while still being manoeuvrable for...
I couldn't agree more. A match made in heaven.
6'4 is a sup imo.
Perhaps try to demo one to find out whether a smaller sp will float you enough.
Anyway goodluck.
I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of rainbow speed dialers as a substitute to the controllers. These will be mainly for my sp but i'd like to test em in my pn aswell.
Does anyone have...
Ahh great feedback thanks rusty.
What are you running as your potatonator setup? Finwise.
And in addition to that; what are your specs, aswell as sp and pn size?
Surely interested in your...
Looking good indeed, how are they compared to the indo controllers? And how will these go in a potatonator?
Safe, Sven
Ha yeh very recognisable.
Every winter i wonder why my snowboard isn't turning how it is supposed to and in the summer vica versa on my surfboard.

I kinda have to get with the program since i recently bought a sp and a pn. Both need to be surfed from the backfoot. Is there a difference in backfoot pressure between the both, i mean does the pn...
Hi, would it be a hard transition from surfing the frontfoot to being able to surf a backfooted board such as a sp?
Has anyone experience with it?
What set would work for a truster setup in the p-nator?
At:
83kg
3 to 5 foot waves
All conditions
Progressing to intermidiate ability
Cuttle you were/are surfing your p-nator as a truster...
Wide range as in 3' to 5'
Sometimes also below, but i'll mostly be on my sp in those conditions.
What would you reckon to go as a truster set for a pnator?
pnator 5'8,
83 kg,
190cm,
Progressing to intermidiate,
For a wide range of conditions.
Are these the ones i'm looking for?

Thnks in advance.

Thanks a biggy guys, i've ordered a p-nator 5'8 with a SA-2 quad set to complement the board.
I'll have a HF 6'0 on my wishlist for the bigger days and i reckon my quiver is pretty much a done deal.
Will the 5'10 limit me on the bigger days?
If you could only have one set of fins for the potatonator which could cover a broad range of conditions (on the lower part of the conditions 1' to 6')....
After reading this epic thread, i'm totally convinced to order a potatonator. Thought i had the measurements nailed with the 5'8 but i'm still a little in doubt whether the 5'10 won't be better for...
Damn stoked with all the possibillities at hand. I'm now leaning towards the p-nator at the moment.
With my skilllevel weight and length in mind what would be the best size for me?
I ride a 5'8...
Ah nice thnx for the help sofar.
I would discribe my homebreak as onshore mushy but pretty power at times, it's like al those dimensions cos it's a shifty beachbreak with the occasional good...
Hi Guys,
I'm asking meself which board will do me right, the Spitfire or the Dominator? I'm nothing more then a somewhat average surfer trying to get many rides and will be able to progress fairly...
