I am using Quad 400 for the back fins and AM3 for front fins very loose and very fast.

175 here 5'6" intermediate and have a 5'8" spit and it is perfect up to solid 5ft. Could not imagine riding a 5'10".

Best board I have ever owned by far and like it so much as a quad, don't fix what isn't broken.
