ok, i think i've narrowed down what is going on ... i believe there are some conflicting permissions ...

i've promoted permissions for a few of you participating in this thread as a test ... my time is limited at the moment but i promise i'll get this figured out. please continue to let me know when...

Slowman, you actually started 5-6 different threads along that title. a couple of them did need moderation. i deleted the duplicate ones. yes, we have some new anti-spam software in place and of...

after a little digging, i found the functionality to control "floodcheck" ... meaning a preventative measure to prevent someone from 'flooding' the forum with frequent posts ... however, it is shut...

i saw your test thread and note that it seemed to be working properly ... however i have reason to believe that some posts are getting caught up in a moderation queue ... it's inconsistent as to why...

that should NOT be happening. you say sometimes ... can you clarify? when does it seem to happen and when not? i recently (yesterday) updated the forum version, so i'm curious if that's a bug? how...

we do use a CAPTCHA form (the wobbly letters) ... but that is easily defeated. i've implemented a few new things... so far i haven't seen any spam since i did .. so fingers crossed

top right of the forum click on "Settings" then on the left side ... "edit signature"

that should do it
