Really.... I was thinking of going a 6'5 el feugo but apparently they are an old model and the world has moved on a little....even so was still gonna get a demo and try it out.
What were you riding beforehand? What was your experience?

  • Dom 6'6 to spit 6'4. . Something not right...thoughts?

Have had a Dom 6'6 for about 18 months loved it ,fast, paddled well but felt like needed more turn in it. I'm 6'2 96ish kg's and intermediate ....maybe a bit better than intermediate on a good day. Mostly surf beach breaks to 4 feet.
Got the spitfire 6'4 on advice and it definitely has more turn in it but have surfed enough on it now and feeling like it might be a bit small!!!. Dont seem to paddle it as well, getting into waves later, not making sections i would of made before and have noticed my surfing is lacking a little.
Am i being a big girl and keep at it. Its only 2inches for crying out loud! or Should I bite the bullet and trade to a 6'6 spit
    Anyone had similar experience?
