Got to say that after owning and riding 2 SP's in the past and now owning a BP..the BP to me is much much better. It has all of the positives of the SP but the negatives have either been eliminated or greatly reduced. Had it out in shoulder to head high + today with Rasta quads and a knubster and it was a ton of fun. Definitely that is the boards limit in terms of size but I didnt buy it for that size surf...I just got caught without the board I would normally ride in those conditions..Really hope the BP comes out in FST because while I like the WRF..I love FST.

I have the opportunity to go to Portugal next year...a teacher I want to see is retiring and this is his last ever presentation. I will be around this time next year. I will be taking my wife and we want to make a holiday of it. Very keen to make contact with anyone who lives there or goes there regularly or even just knows the place well. I would really appreciate someone who has ridden both boards extensively giving an honest appraisal of both boards. I have owned 2 Sweet Potatoes and am thinking of getting a Potatonator but cant find one to demo so am relying on some honest feedback, both positive and negative. I would be looking at a 5'8 or 5'10 Potatonator and my Spuds were 5'4 then 5'6. Me 41, intermediate to good on my day and 85kgs or about 185lbs. Looking for how they turn, paddle, drive, etc etc. Thanks !!

Just took the wax off the HF and noticed that under the wax..nice and white..but up on the nose she is starting to go a bit yellow..I think I already know the answer but..is there anything you can do to bring back the white?? I thought that problem had been overcome with the new epoxy? Thanks in advance.

I had a ball on my Spit every time I took it out even if it was cloudy and raining as it is in some of the pics. I like also switching the fins up depending on size and types of waves we were riding or just

swapping between quad or thruster. I highly recommend getting one as a smaller wave hybrid board if your going on a trip with reasonably good waves....
