hi all ,after finding someone who can get me ding repair for my 601 hellrazor if needed my mate who shapes boards asks if i need some fins for my indo trip. im looking at mick fanning 1 pc or AM2 PC ..he had both at trade price if i want them,i aint got a clue about fins would anyone recomend either for my board. my board came with SA4 quad i use it as a thruster and use the back fins as a centre fin.

off to indo in 8 weeks for a month,gonna be mainly staying at lakeys been 7 times before but never with a firewire. just wondering if i ding my 6'1 hellrazor fst whats the deal on repairs? can i get it fixed in bali and can i take a temp fix like solarrez?.. just got to say again the board is unreal ,cant fault it soooo good.

well with swell charts going off the scale and light offshores all week it was finally time to go out and buy my much talked about 6'1 HELLRAZOR FST.This board was for my indo trip in feb/march next year and thought this would be the time to test it in solid perfect waves(croyde north devon) Im 13 stone and been surfing 20yrs+,ridden a 6'4 most my surfing life untill last 5 years fishes etc,always wanted to ride shortboards but just didnt cut it in the uk. This board is AMAZING!!!!!!! is so fast i could not believe the speed(that was just using the basic fins as a thruster)cant imagine the speed as a quad,off the top fast and very snappy,section on a solid six foot bomb coming down floated it as the board was glued to my feet,,prob the best technical surfing ive ever done..i was blow away,im still smiling now,the only down side was pulling into a heavy close out and snapping my leash.20 min run back to the carpark and borrow off a random ,paddles better than my grovel board and DEFFO would not want any more volume(i was so sure i needed the 6'3)

been chatting on another page about hellfire,hellrazor or mb... decided as im off to indo in jan and have a good small wave board and a 6'8 mini gun the hellrazor is the board for me,prjwebb was saying after i tried the 5'10 HF and surfed it well to stay on that volume area.just wondering if anyone about my size 82kilo, 182ib and 5'11 has surfed a 6'1HR and how it paddles ,peforms etc as no test center in devon england.dont know to go for 6'1 or 6'3 ? cheers

hi all well ive been surfing 22 years and most of them years been on a standard 6'4 x 18.5 x 2.25 to 2.5 . Im 39 years old but surf every day i can,stated surfing smaller boards about 5 years ago,5'6, 5'9 fishes to 5'11 to 6'1 hybrids ... my quiver now is 6'0 webber fat burner( i hate) 6'1 x 19.75 x 2.5 gulfstream fastback(love it) 6'4 x 18.75x 2.75 simon anderson interceptor (not very good in normal english waves) 6'6 x 19 x 2.5 LSD step up (old) and my 6'8x 19x2.5 x 2.5 gulfstream indo mini gun. looking at buying a firewire as took my mates new hellfire 5'10 for a few waves yesterday and was blown away!!..but im thinking will this cut it upto 6foot double over head? was thinking maybe 6'0 but dont want corky, but then the 5'10 was ripping..but im selling the lsd,webber,and just sold the anderson so looking for a short board more than anything.p.s the calculator says 32 to 39 litres which i think is way to much.heres a link to me surfing sultans in the maldives on a 6'1 mckee retrolution.cheers http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iKJUIVSMfiE
