I'm really interrested and motivated to promote firewire in France, I really think the boards are the best.

Yeah the word demand...not one I am fond of..either using it or it being used on me....
I think has to do with language barrier, In french the verb DEMANDER means TO ASK so
j'ai demande means I asked
