I'm wondering if there are plans for Vanguards with Future boxes? I am extremely interested in the Vanguard and currently ride strictly Futures in all my boards. I'm planning on a 5'10" VG for my next board if this option is on the table.

They are already available in futures. If you're after a specific system it's best to put in an order at your dealer if they don't already have what you're after.
