    You can get the board with either FCS or Futures. FCS I'd start with the SF4 quad set and maybe some PC7s as a thruster set. Futures, I can't help much. No experience with then yet.

    Yeah for your friend I think that the Addvance is a really good board to learn on.
    That activator is a re-furbished dominator, with a re-designed tail which will make i a bit snappier. I think that in your case the Dominator will suit you better since it's a more forgiving board, and the best of it is that that board is a keeps for your quiver, it gets better as you get to know it more.

    thanks think iam going go with the 6'6'' dominator what ya think about that with size wise and everything iggy

    Agree with PRJ, for your level of experience that board at those dimensions will help you grow your skills very rapidly and you will keep it for long. Once you have it dialed you might want to move to something smaller and more "nervous". But believe me the Dominator will have you progressing!!!
    What are your friend's dims?

    The 6'6"Advance although lots of volume will be good for him du to its Wide stable platform to learn on.
