I met that guy at NAMM. NAMM is the biggest music industry trade show. He was doing this there, it was super funny. He is actually a pretty good sax player and tours with some pretty well know artist. He has some brass ones, lol!!!
Back on point do you think the 6'1" Hellrazor will out perform my old 6' QF in worse and better conditions. I'm leaning towards a yes. Especialy considering I'm turning 35 in march and getting a little more foam could be key. At times on bottom turns on my QF I feel like I don't have enough volume, rail or maybe lack of a center fin so I can't push as hard as say my dom as a quad with a knubster or any of my thrusters. That is one reason why I was thinking of getting an fcs box put in just for a knubster.
jajajaa good one!!

I'm sure this video has been around the forum already but it has made me want the HR over the HF. The wave the guy is surfing reminds me of church on a decent day. I think the 6'1" will give me enough volume that I can push the upper limits of size with it and it will be a better paddle than the quadraflex. I think this board is going to be an insane addition to my Dom. Once I have it I see no need in keeping my quadraflex. I will not add any fin plugs to the quadraflex either. I just hope I can get some decent money for the board. The hellrazor just squirts so hard of the bottom anytime he goes vert. It looks like an insane board. I will pass on the MB just cuz I like the 5 fin option.
Seriously thinking about getting a 6'3" Hellrazor over the 6'1". I think it would give me a little more top and bottom end.
hey saxman i am 509 75 kg reasonably fit . i live at cronulla beach sydney australia . i recently bought a 510 hf to use as my everyday go to board ,( my first fw is a 506 sp that i use when the surf is small) i got rained off work today and instead went surfing 3 feet glassy super fun with some 4 foot sets . i would consider myself intermidiate and i must say that on the hf i surf better and more progressively than i ever have . the board is loose yet quickly accelarates and the rocker is perfect , even on my late takeoffs it did not seem to catch this just gives you so much confidence to takeoff and push your surfing . i demoed the 60 it felt really good but i knew that i would outgrow it . i have futures solus in mine and love them . i reckon you demo one youll love it ! ps the sp is also sic these are my 90percent go to boards fom 1-3 sweet p 3-5 hf. . oh the hf .good luck hope this helps
If you were to choose between the HF and MB model for double over head waves what would your feelings sway you towards - anyone? Im thinking 6'0 HF or the thicker 6'2 MB

depends on the wave...if its a clean entry then i still get a buzz having virtually nothing under my feet...if its a "dirty" take off or screaming down the line then maybe a longer rockered board...

surfer depends on the wave. I do like a little more length in double overhead surf, especially if it has decent shape. I would be leaning towards the Michel or a Flexfire round tail.
