yeah that was a decent first day. Should get better. Hope Michel's heat runs in clean surf. As much as I wanted to watch him surf, I was pumped when they called off competition.

Taj had a meltdown, he surfed poorly but congrats to our local boy Otto!!! :)
Taj just doesn't have a Plan B does he. FFS Taj if there's 15 minutes to go and you've got a 1 and a 3, abd the other guy has a 5 and a 6, catch two waves and ride them to the beach. You'll get two sizes and be in the lead. Argh.
