Picking a New Stick for small waves.

Any feedback would be awesome.
I am 6'1" approx 98kg close to hitting the big 40 so am slow to get to my feet these days and have not surfed regular 6-8 in 12yrs or more.
Where i live now we get Mostly 1-3ft and generally flat mushy messy conditions occasionally a solid 4 in winter, would be great to utilise the same board for wakesurfing behind the Boat too and some river surfing (yep its desperate i know) when i am land locked. Been looking at the el fuego, Sweet potato and the potatonator if any one can comment their 2 cents please do.

I reckon Addvance, probably in the length above 6'6" (I think that's a 6'10"). Alternatively the Potatonator at around 6'6" or the Dom at 6'6" to 6'8" would be the go. I think the Addvance would be a better all round call, and more forgiving. The Dom would also be more of an allrounder, but less forgiving than the Addvance (albeit still fairly forgiving). The Potatonator is a spcialist small wave board, so more limiting. As a one board quiver I reckon a Dom or Addvance would be better.

..oh, sorry, just noticed you were also looking at the El Fuego. That's also a pretty good call, almost certainly at a 6'5" length. I'd still tend to recommend the Addvance or Dom as I reckon they are better all rounders, but the EF would be a great pick if it suits your style. It would fit the wave conditions you have in mind.

Cheers for the feedback, a couple of my mates here have opted for the Dom so I was trying to think about something different.
This is not an easy task.......I will take a look at more in depth look at the Advance for sure it looks more forgiving above all else.
Is the Potatonator that specialised? The EF looks like a mini Advance in a lot ways shape wise.........if I am not mistaken. Do you know how this board fares up in the mush?

Th EF goes pretty well in the mush, even though it does insanely well in waves with a bit of push. I have ridden mine in calf-high waves all the way up to well overhead. Super fun board. If you are after a pure mush board, then maybe the SP or PNator would be better? If you want a board that can handle just about anything you throw at it then the EF is a really good choice.
