    Hi,
    Saw that Fone kiteboards also was build by Firewire - what differense does these two baords have in technology ? What divese the firewire from other epoxy boards (beside balsa rails) and is the Fone "just" a "rapidfire" technology whit bamboo on buttom and top deck or what ?

    Rapidfire technology is different than the FST. Check the link bellow to get and idea always keeping in mind that the kiteboards are reinforced on the top deck:

    Rapidfire will give you a "sprigier feeling" than the FST but it's a bit proner to footdents.FST due to its construction is more resistant for kiting,the high density composite used during the contstruction porcess is the same one applied to turbine blade's,giving you an idea of how strong that is. I do have a 6'0"quad and even though I haven't had the chance to try it kiting, I have taken it to surf and it is quite a board, responsive, light,it will load and push you out of turns, perfect technology for kiting, and the fact that Felix is backing it up,well there is no much to say
