    After a nice downwinder in the waves I noticed that my nose (the cover and the core) from my FW 6'0 quad is damaged. Does anyone knows what's the best method to repair this kind of Firewire material?

    It is very important to get all the water out of there. Since the FST cores are 1lb they will absorve considerably more water, so at this point put the board upside down for several days to allow all the water to go out.Time is your best friend here. You could put the board in a ventilated place to help the process.Once the board has dreid out, fix it with EPOXY resin. This is crucial,using poly resin will cause a chamical reaction in the core making it melt, it will destroy the core. So it is vital to use EPOXY resin.Would be helpful to add some pics if you could.
    As far as repairing techniques you will use all the already known techniques for repairing "normal" boards.

    its not an authorized center because i live in The Nettherlands, however based on others' exp. he should be good.
    My experiences with the FW board:
    -since spring 2010 i have been kitesurfing on the quad 6'0;
    -It's the first time I surf on a quad swallow tail design;
    -my exp. till so far: perfect feeling in small/medium waves or low wind conditions! with not a lot of rocker, it gives me a fast more "skate" feeling. I Love it, its 4 me number uno!!!
    -if the wind is going stronger (7bft) I believe this swallow/quad design board is not the best choice. For bigger waves maye more rocker is needed or improve my techniques ;)
