Phil, it is a 506...as corrected on the forums :) Sorry about that. 510 might be in pipeline, but no date of release as of yet.

No problem. The 5'10" is still in the works but probably wouldn't be available until mid next year.

Don"t think I can wait for mid next year for the 5"10, how would the standard Hellfire hold up riding strapless only?

Also is the diff between Kite & Surf Hellfire just extra glass on the deck of the kite models??

The standard 5'6" Hellfire isn't designed to endure the extra forces that kiting puts on a board. That said I've seen numerous posts about people that use the standard FW surf construction and haven't had problems. If you want to be certain, go with the kite version. Yes, it's beefed up with additional glass in key areas that are subject to heavy load when kiting.

The HellFire 5'6 are now in the shelves over here!
My mates are on their way to Barbados for a winter test with the babies.
Looking forward for their feedback in 2 weeks time...

One of my mates is kiting on a standard FW, def wont be going down that road...another mate has a 5"6 HF kiteboard construction, seems to be very durable and has great low end for a little board but noticeably heavier than the standard paddle in version.

We continually work on the kite board builds to find the best balance between durability and minimal weight. Our production boards are bomber and we will be working to reduce weight but maintain the strength and durability that folks desire.

    Thanks for the interest,
    -Brian
