    Hi
    I am not happy.
    On holiday in South Africa, surfing in big wave with my KFE 6`2, got a big crack in my new board. Went to the locale dealer in Big Bay, to ask what to do ? have it fixed or claim the warranty.
    I mail you office 4 time, but no reply. The SA importer did the same, with pictures and my order no.
    Not a word from you.
    I rented a board, but ended up buying a new Firewire 6`2.
    I love that board but not your service.
