From the materials we source, to the construction methods we develop, to the packaging used for shipping, our goal is simple: to make the highest-performing surfboards with the lowest practical environmental impact.
We are committed to continuously improving how surfboards are made through innovation in materials, engineering, and manufacturing processes - so that performance and environmental responsibility evolve together.

Prioritize the
Environmental Goal
Every product we create is designed with one core objective: to enhance the surfing experience as much as possible while minimizing environmental impact wherever we can.
Producing surfboards, like any composite sporting equipment, does have an environmental footprint. It involves raw material extraction, resin systems, energy use in manufacturing, and end-of-life disposal challenges that the industry as a whole is still working to solve.
Rather than ignore this reality, we focus on actively reducing impact across every stage we control - by improving material efficiency, reducing waste, lowering harmful chemical exposure in production, and extending the usable life of each board through durability-focused design.
Sustainability in surfboard manufacturing is not a fixed outcome - it is an ongoing process of refinement, measurement, and improvement.

Uphold
Ethical responsibility
We proudly own and operate a single dedicated manufacturing facility where 100% of our surfboards are produced. This end-to-end ownership is central to our ethical approach, as it allows us to maintain full oversight of working conditions, quality standards, and production practices.
We have been in the process of pursuing Fair Labor accreditation, a rigorous and ongoing certification that requires independent third-party audits and a long-term commitment to maintaining and improving labor standards.
This process is not a one-time assessment and it involves regular annual audits, full transparency across operations, and continuous alignment with internationally recognized benchmarks for ethical manufacturing.
For us, this commitment means ongoing investment in:
● Safe and well-maintained working environments
● Fair and consistent compensation practices
● Respect for worker rights and protections
● Clear documentation and accountability across production systems
● Continuous improvement driven by independent verification

Uncompromised
Sourcing
We always prioritize ethics in choosing our partners as well as our materials choices in our design process.

Continuously push
Innovation
From how our boards perform to how they’re built, and how we repurpose production waste, we are constantly refining our approach to refine our program and the surfing experience forward.
We continue to develop new materials, construction methods, and processes that improve performance, increase durability, and reduce waste. For us, innovation is an ongoing process of testing, learning, and evolving the way surfboards are made.
